Galina Usorova is a Managing Associate in the Commercial Litigation department of an international law firm Stephenson Harwood. Galina specialises in high profile cross-border commercial disputes, with a particular focus on cases involving regulatory breaches and fraud. Galina has a particular interest in ESG litigation and heads up Stephenson Harwood's Greenwashing Risk Team. In that context Galina advises corporate and professional clients on their ESG risk exposure and anti-greenwashing systems and procedures. Galina's recent work included acting for a FTSE-250 investment manager in respect of threatened investor litigation arising out of investments in carbon-intensive businesses in emerging markets.
